Human Rights Commission to Hold Public Hearing

The Fairfax County Human Rights Commission will hold a public hearing during its meeting on Wednesday, Dec. 7, at 7:30 p.m. The commission will meet in Conference Room 10 in the Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax.

The public hearing is to determine if a violation of Chapter 11 (Human Rights Ordinance) of the Fairfax County Code occurred in the case of Pelszynski v. Cavalier Telephone (HRC #2003423E).
