Human Rights Commission to Hold Public Hearing Continuation
Pelszynski v. Cavalier Telephone
The Fairfax County Human Rights Commission will hold a continuation of a public hearing on Wednesday, Jan. 4, in the case of Pelszynski v. Cavalier Telephone (HRC #2003423E). The hearing will be held at 7:30 p.m. in Conference Room 9 at the Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax.
The public hearing is to determine if a violation of Chapter 11 (Human Rights Ordinance) of the Fairfax County Code occurred.
