Fairfax County Attorney Inducted Into
Virginia Law Foundation’s 2006 Class of Fellows
Chairman of Civil Service Commission Also Becomes Fellow
Fairfax County Attorney David P. Bobzien will be inducted into the Virginia Law Foundation’s 2006 Class of Fellows tonight, Jan. 19. The ceremony takes place during the Virginia Bar Association's annual meeting in Williamsburg. Bobzien is the immediate past president of the Virginia State Bar. He is the first government attorney to hold the post of president in the group’s 68-year history.
Rosemarie P. Annunziata, chairman of the Fairfax County Civil Service Commission, and a retired judge of the Court of Appeals of Virginia, also will be inducted into the 2006 Class of Fellows.
Induction as a Virginia Law Foundation Fellow is a special honor conferred by the foundation’s board on selected Virginia attorneys, law professors and retired members of the judiciary who are deemed to be outstanding in their profession and in their community. The total membership is limited to 1 percent of the active and associate membership of the Virginia State Bar.
