Fairfax County Opens Emergency Shelter
at Lee District RECenter
In response to a power outage at the Cameron Run Terrace Apartments, 5850 Cameron Run Terrace in Alexandria, Fairfax County and the American Red Cross have opened an emergency shelter for apartment residents at the Lee District RECenter, 6601 Telegraph Road, Alexandria. The shelter will open at 8 p.m. this evening, Monday, Feb. 5, and remain open through tomorrow morning.
Residents should bring a change of clothes, blanket and pillow, toiletry items and a towel if they would like to take a shower. A cot, coffee and water will be provided.
