Evaluates County Executive
At its regular meeting on Dec. 3, the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors performed its annual evaluation of the county executive and approved a salary adjustment. The evaluation was an in-depth, comprehensive review of the county’s performance and represented input from all board members.
County Executive Anthony H. Griffin’s base salary was increased to $232,086 annually, effective Jan. 5, 2008. His contract also was amended to allow Griffin the option to forego the county-provided vehicle, and instead receive an allowance of $675 per month from the county.
