Park Authority – Facilities will open at regular time and close at 4 p.m., Lee District RECenter will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., George Washington RECenter is closed; nature centers are open from noon to 5 p.m.; historic sites are open from11 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Frying Pan Farm Park is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., the visitor center is closed; Green Spring Gardens is open from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., the Historic House is closed.
Community, Teen and Senior Centers – Closed*
County Trash and Recycling Collection – Open; have trash and recyclables properly set out at curb by 6 a.m. to ensure collection.**
Recycling and Disposal Facilities at I-66 and I-95 – Closed
* Reston Community Center’s Hunters Woods facility (2310 Colts Neck Road, Reston) will be closed. The Lake Anne facility will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
** Residents receiving trash and recyclables collection service from private collection companies should contact their service provider directly to learn of any schedule adjustments for the holiday.
