Courts – Closed.
Public Schools and School Offices – Closed.
Libraries – Closed.
Fairfax Connector – Weekday Service; Routes 380, 585, 595, and 597 will not operate; Route 980 will operate a reduced level of service.
Fastran – No service.
Park Authority – RECenters open; nature centers open from noon to 5 p.m.; historic sites from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Frying Pan Farm Park open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (visitor center open from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.); Green Spring Gardens open noon to 4:30 p.m. (Historic Green Spring closed).
Community, Teen and Senior Centers – Community centers closed Oct. 10; all centers closed Oct. 12, except Reston Community Center at Hunter Woods is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Oct. 12.
County Trash and Recycling Collection – Regular collection.
Recycling and Disposal Facilities at I-66 Transfer Station and I-95 Landfill Complex – Open.
