The Fairfax County Human Rights Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 1, at 7:30 p.m., in Conference Room 9, Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax.

The public hearing is being held to determine if a violation of Chapter 11 (Human Rights Ordinance) of the Fairfax County Code occurred in the case of James v. Inova Mt. Vernon (charge HRC #2006005E).
