The Fairfax County Human Rights Commission will hold public hearings on Sept. 15, 16 and 17, at 6:30 p.m. in Conference Room 232, Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax.
The public hearings are being held to determine if a violation of Chapter 11 (Human Rights Ordinance) of the Fairfax County Code occurred in the following cases: Tang How v. ITT Educational Services (Charge HRC #2007142E), Banish v. ITT Educational Services (Charge HRC #2007143E), Class v. ITT Educational Services (Charge HRC #2007145E), and Tang How v. ITT Educational Services (Charge HRC #2008530E).
