- Managing and administrating transportation analysis associated with the Tysons Land Use and Urban Design Study.
- Providing support to the Tysons Task Force in all matters concerning transportation.
- Providing support to the Tysons Task Force Transportation Subcommittee.
As chief of the FCDOT Transportation Planning Section, Wolfenstein is responsible for transportation planning activities that include areawide studies in Annandale, Baileys Crossroads and Springfield; transportation modeling activities; transportation analysis associated with comprehensive plan amendments and updates; corridor studies; and the prioritization of county transportation needs.
