Springfield District Supervisor Pat Herrity invites residents to a Universal Design Seminar on Thursday, Sept. 24, 9 a.m. to noon, Community Room, West Springfield Governmental Center, 6140 Rolling Rd., Springfield. Universal design modifications can help older adults make their homes safer and more comfortable. Learn:
