A winter storm watch will be in effect from 6 p.m. tomorrow, Tuesday, Jan. 27, through 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 28. According to the National Weather Service, snow is expected to develop early Tuesday morning and continue into late Tuesday night with the potential of 1-3 inches of accumulation. Snow and sleet are predicted to mix with freezing rain on Tuesday evening and transition into all rain on Wednesday.
A winter weather advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or freezing
rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for slippery roads and
limited visibilities and use caution while
driving. Winter weather preparedness tips and weather and operating
status updates are available online.
