Lake Anne Village Center Public Workshop to Be Held Sept. 8

News Highlights   Discussion of short- and long-term strategies to strengthen economic viability of non-residential uses at Lake Anne Village Center, Reston. Hosted by Hunter Mill District Supervisor Catherine M. Hudgins and Fairfax County Office of Community Revitalization and Reinvestment (OCRR).

A public workshop on strategies for non-residential uses at Lake Anne Village Center will be held Wednesday, Sept. 8, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., Reston Community Center Lake Anne (Jo Ann Rose Gallery), 1609-A Washington Plaza, Reston.  This workshop is another step in the process to revitalize the Lake Anne Center. A question-and-answer session is included.

The workshop is hosted by Hunter Mill District Supervisor Catherine M. Hudgins and the Fairfax County Office of Community Revitalization and Reinvestment (OCRR).  Consultants to the county have assessed current conditions affecting Lake Anne Village Center and will discuss their findings; present a series of potential strategies and actions; and solicit feedback on their suggestions. The consultants are Alvarez and Marsal Real Estate Advisory Services, LLC and The Eisen Group (A&M/TEG).
