The McConnell Public Safety and Transportation Operations Center (MPSTOC) is featured as part of the Channel 16 program “County Magazine” this month. The MPSTOC feature also is available for viewing on the county Web site as well as the Fairfax County YouTube channel.
The full “County Magazine” program airs on Channel 16 at the following times:
- Sunday at 1:30 p.m.
- Monday at 6:30 p.m.
- Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.
- Thursday at 10:30 p.m.
- Friday at 3:30 p.m.
- Saturday at 3:30 p.m.
In addition to the MPSTOC feature, “County Magazine” also includes a brief overview of the 32nd annual Valor Awards with coverage of the Fairfax County Police, Fire and Rescue Department and Sheriff’s Office, and a feature on the Department of Public Safety Communications (9-1-1 center), including recognition of National Public Safety Telecommunications Week, April 11-17.
