The FY2012 Environmental
Improvement Program (EIP) contains recommendations and updates on
actions that support the Board of Supervisors' Environmental
Agenda 
. The Environmental
Coordinating Committee presented the FY2012 EIP to the Board of
Supervisors' Environmental Committee this fall.
The EIP focuses on the areas of:
- Growth and land use.
- Air quality and transportation.
- Water quality.
- Solid waste.
- Parks, trails and open space.
- Environmental stewardship.
