Courthouse Closed Aug. 2 Due to Power Outage

The Fairfax County Courthouse, 4110 Chain Bridge Road, Fairfax has closed because of electrical issues. General District, Circuit and Juvenile and Domestic Relations District courts services and courtrooms are unavailable at this time.

• The Courthouse is expected to reopen on Wednesday, Aug. 3.
• Court cases not heard on Aug. 2 will be rescheduled. For Fairfax Circuit Court cases scheduled for Aug. 2 and not heard or continued to a specific date, the parties are to appear Friday, Aug. 5, at 9 a.m. to have the matters reset.
• The driver's license ceremony will be rescheduled and notifications will be sent.
