TextFree Assistance Available During the 2011 Tax Season
If you worked in 2010, and earned less than $49,000, you may qualify for free income tax preparation by IRS certified volunteers. There are several dates and locations available. More information is available on the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance page.
The Department of Tax Administration offers general assistance in completing Virginia state income tax forms. To make an appointment at the DTA office located at the Government Center, call 703-222-8234, TTY 703-222-7594.
