Information Meeting on First Tysons Rezoning Application

On Thursday, Sept. 1, at 7:30 p.m., county planning staff and the Georgelas Group LLC will hold a public information meeting on the proposed development near the future Tysons Spring Hill Metro Station. The meeting will take place at the Vienna Town Hall, 127 Center Street South.
This development will be the first rezoning to be reviewed under the new Tysons land use plan, and the Planning Commission is scheduled to hear the rezoning applications (RZ 2010-PR-014A and 014B) on September 8
Dranesville Supervisor John Foust, Hunter Mill District Supervisor Cathy Hudgins and Providence District Supervisor Linda Smyth will be attending the information meeting.
The applicant and county staff will be on hand to review the rezoning proposals and answer questions. The applications are also available for review on the Tysons development activity Web page..
