National War Dogs Monument Dedication Jan. 17

On Tuesday, Jan. 17, at 3:30 p.m., the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors and National War Dogs Monument Inc. (NWDM) will gather to celebrate the dedication of a monument in honor of military working dogs to Fairfax County from the organization. The ceremony will be held at the Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax, VA 22035. The Government Center is the temporary home for the monument, which will be relocated to its permanent home at the county’s Animal Shelter when current construction at the facility is complete.
