Saturday, May 11
Buy those last minute gifts for mom at Pohick Regional Library's Lobby Book Sale!
Saturday afternoon from 4-6 p.m., treat mom to music and tea at the Mother's Day Fashion Show and Tea at the Gum Springs Glen Community Center.
Saturday night at 7 p.m. bring mom out to Ellanor C. Lawrence Park to the hour-long Mother's Day Campfire.

Make the day extra special with the Mother's Day Tea at Green
Spring Gardens from 1-3 p.m.
For the gift that lasts a lifetime, Fairfax County offers the Nurturing Parenting Program with the Department of Family Services. Parenting Education Programs is currently enrolling families upcoming parenting classes. Classes are for Fairfax County residents; meet from 5:30-8 p.m.; are free; and include dinner and child care. Classes meet once a week for 12, 13 or 21 weeks depending on the curriculum.
