Parks Count!

It's time to update the Park and Recreation Needs Assessment! Every so often the Fairfax County Park Authority examines whether park offerings match the community's diverse interests, lifestyles, and changing trends. If you haven’t shared your ideas with us yet, there’s still time. The Meeting in a Box deadline has been extended to December 5. Get together with some friends and host a small group meeting. Tell us how parks count to you on the online forum through December.

 

Historic Court House

Historic Court House Tours

Historic Courthouse Tours are every Friday at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Meeting in front of the Historic Courthouse under the covered walkway.

 

Westpark Tysons

Westpark Plaza Tysons

Watch a short video about Westpark Plaza Tysons. The proposed mixed use development is a three to six minute walk from the Greensboro Metro station on the Silver Line in Tysons. There will be high rise towers with up to 1,200 units and 200 hotel rooms oriented around a neighborhood park.
