city, learn about creative ways to cope and maximize the
space at a session on Urban Small Space Gardening. Kathy

ones in Alexandria, Georgetown, Capitol Hill and Falls

The Audubon Quartet: For more than 30 years the
award-winning Audubon Quartet has garnered critical acclaim
for its performances around the world. Tom, Doris, Ellen and
Akemi will return to the CenterStage along with scholar Dr.
David Levy to continue the exploration of Beethoven’s string
quartets that they began last season. Enjoy a concert filled
with amazing music and a host of in-depth information about
one of history’s greatest composers. 3 p.m. Reston

20: Take a Hike
Celebrate the arrival of spring with a naturalist-guided
2-mile Spring
Equinox Hike. See and feel the changes
triggered by the lengthening days. Ages 6 and above. 2 p.m.

Bluebirds in Your Backyard: Uncover the mysteries of
these jewels of the spring through a short slide show and
