Dec. 21: Illuminating Tour
Victorian Candlelight Tour: Enjoy
traditions of the Victorian era as you meet Sully's Santa,
hear a reading of “A Visit from St. Nicholas,” and see the
Christmas tree decorated according to an 1885 memory. Make a
tree decoration based on a Victorian original. Forty-five
minute house tours start every 15 minutes from 4:45 to 7 p.m.
at Sully Historic

Holiday Cardmaking Workshop: Join paper
craft expert Keisha Powell to learn how to make professional
looking holiday cards from scratch. Materials will be

Train Display: Watch G-gauge trains wend their

Owl Outing: These nocturnal raptors are
pair-bonding and looking for nesting sites this time of year.
Prowl the park after dark to listen for and learn about local
owls and possibly see a barred owl. Meet at the visitor
center and dress for the weather and off-trail travel. From

Ballroom Social Dance: Put on your dancing
shoes and join the monthly Ballroom Social Dance featuring
complimentary refreshments and a cash bar. All skill levels
welcome! Arrive early for a 30-minute mini-lesson on the
waltz from 7:30 to 8 p.m. The social dance is led by a
professional ballroom instructor from 8 to 10:30 p.m. in the
Gallery (second floor of W-16), Workhouse
Arts Center. $10/person (Ballroom Social) and $5/person

Celebrate Urban Birds: Start a lifelong
