Love to cook? Read recipes? Join GM’s monthly “Cookbook Club.” All cooks invited. Inaugural meeting includes discussion of Essentials of Classic Italian Cooking (Marcella Hazan) and samples.
In future months, club members will cook ahead from chosen cookbooks so they can swap stories, celebrate successes, learn from each other and even sample each other’s dishes. In November, we’ll be discussing Rick Bayless’ Mexican cookbooks. All levels of cooks are invited but must want to learn and have fun.
