Diane Hoyer is honored to be Supervisor Joan
Dubois Dranesville District appointee to the Commission. Mrs.
Hoyer, owner of “Women Helping Women with Finances” focuses
on providing education and guidance to help women and girls
achieve financial independence. She is a volunteer at the Women’s
Business Center of Northern Virginia where she frequently presents
educational seminars on a variety of financial topics. Mrs.
Hoyer is a member of the American Association of University
Women (AAUW), the Fairfax Girls Advisory Board,the Women’s Advisory
Board of Capital Financial Partners, and she is also President
of her church’s women’s association. She holds a BS degree in
English and Early Childhood Education and a MS degree in Developmental
Reading. Dranesville District residents should contact Diane

Commission.
