Johna Gagnon is serving her first term as an elected member of the Board. She is appointed, since 1993, to the Environmental Advisory Council (EQAC) by the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors. She is also appointed to the Citizen Corps Council and serves on the Fairfax Joint Local Emergency Planning Committee (FJLEPC). For more than 15 years, she served on the Lee District Land Use and Transportation Advisory Committee. Gagnon is retired from the federal government after more than 26 years service and is currently working in education and training.
