2008 Virginia Statewide Neighborhood Conference
2008 Virginia Statewide Neighborhood Conference
On September 18-20, Fairfax County will host the 9th annual Virginia Statewide Neighborhood Conference in McLean, Virginia. As reflection of the county’s diversity, the theme for this year’s conference is “Embracing Change – Creating and Sustaining Community Connections.”
The conference brings together grassroots neighborhood leaders, youth, representatives from nonprofits, and government staff involved in neighborhood development. The event allows participants to share best practices in community engagement and revitalization.
Join us as we work together in realizing that the future of Virginia lies in the success of our neighborhoods and in the devotion of those who strengthen them.
