Watercolor Workshop: The Cliff Edge Make your paintings more creative with artist and teacher Carolyn Grosse Gawarecki as she shows you special techniques to paint rocky mountain cliffs or coastal rock cliffs. Working with interesting colors and a credit card or palette knife you can easily create the necessary rocky textures needed. Add some trees and other textural embellishment and a painting is quickly achieved. A morning demonstration is followed by an afternoon painting workshop and critique. This class is geared toward intermediate and experienced beginners. Bring a bag lunch. This six-hour class at Green Spring Gardens begins at 9:30 a.m. Participants must be at least age 13.
