Walk with a naturalist along a section of the Potomac Heritage Trail on the C&O canal towpath from 10 to 11:30 a.m. in search of seasonal natural and local history interest. It is feeding time and Riverbend Park’s exhibit animals are hungry! Join an animal caretaker to feed and care for the snakes, turtles, frogs, and fish from 4 to 5 p.m. Discover fascinating facts about these animals as you meet them up close.
