Ponderings –Trees

Shot in the Dark Night Tournament

Teams of two play a nine-hole scramble using glow-in-the-dark golf balls at Burke Lake Golf Course starting at 8 p.m. Hors d’ oeuvres served at 7 p.m. Fee includes one glow balls. Additional glow balls are $5 each. Compete in closest to the pin contests. Prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams. Players must be 12 years or older. The cost is $55 per team. Prepaid registration is required. Space limited to 18 teams. Rain date is 10/17. 703-323-1641.
