Yoga for Gardeners

Enjoy a gentle Introduction to Vinyasa Yoga from 9:30 to10:30 a.m. This series of yoga classes at Green Spring Gardens features the vinyasa method to increase your strength, flexibility and endurance necessary for gardening. Jr. Naturalists: Bird Feeding

This activity is for junior naturalists from 8 to 11 years of age. Come to Ellanor C. Lawrence Park from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. to learn about different types of birdfeeders and bird food. The kids will take a short bird hike and identify common backyard birds. They will also build a pinecone bird feeder to take home. The cost is $5 per child.
