Pet Place
Our dog obedience classes are designed to develop understanding and build a fun relationship between pet and handler. Flexible training methods are employed for home management, problem solving and correction. Please note the following information:
- Bring a shot record with proof of DHLA rabies and parvovirus shots to the first class.
- All dogs must be legally licensed, vaccinated and wearing a visible dog license.
- Dogs must be leashed when entering or leaving the class area.
- Check with instructor at first class for proper leashes, collars and other equipment.
- An adult must stay with child handler if student is under 16 or does not have own transportation.
Dog Agility Instructors Wanted

Canine Attractions at Lake Accotink Park

Dog Day Afternoon

Treat your canine companion to a special cruise aboard Lake Accotink Park’s mighty pontoon boat. The cruise will enchant your dog with glimpses of ducks, geese, and other lake dwellers. Tour boat cancelled and refunds issued in case of rain or windy conditions. Reservations and advanced payment required. No refunds unless tourboat is cancelled. $5 for adults, $3 for kids ages 8-15. Child must be accompanied by an adult.
