Burke Lake Park - Ice Cream Parlor Hours of Operation: Open April 5th through October 25th, 2009 Before Memorial Day -- open weekends only, 11 am - 6 pm, weather permitting From Memorial Day (May 25th) through Labor Day (September 7th) -- open daily, weekdays 11 am - 4 pm and weekends 11 am - 6 pm, weather permitting After Labor Day until October 25th -- open weekends only, 11 am - 6 pm, weather permitting Birthday party packages are available at the birthday shelter. Because Burke Lake Park wants to provide an enjoyable experience to as many people as possible when visiting the Ice Cream parlor we do not allow any birthday parties or groups to reserve space o the deck or inside the ice cream parlor. For those needing space to gather, there are several tables located on the far side of the mini-golf course that are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Grilling is only permitted in the picnic Area.
