Burke Lake Park - Ice Cream Parlor 2011 Hours of Operation: Open April 2nd through October 31st, 2011 Before Memorial Day -- open weekends only Until Memorial Day, 11 am - 6 pm, weather permitting Between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day -- open daily, weekdays 11 am - 4 pm and weekends 11 am - 6 pm, weather permitting After Labor Day until October 31st -- open weekends only, 11 am - 6 pm, weather permitting Birthday party packages are available at the birthday shelter. Because Burke Lake Park wants to provide an enjoyable experience to as many people as possible when visiting the Ice Cream parlor we do not allow any birthday parties or groups to reserve space on the deck or inside the ice cream parlor. For those needing space to gather, there are several tables located on the far side of the mini-golf course that are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Grilling is only permitted in the picnic Area.
