(16-Adult) Every region has its own unique way of preparing and enjoying tea. From our familiar British style of tea and preparation to the Asian use of Yixing pots, gaiwans, chasens, and gongfu preparation to the Eastern European samovars, we will “visit” many countries through their teas and specific preparation styles. Tea infused treats and take-home tea sampler included. Presented by Certified Tea Specialist Chef Laurie Bell of Great Falls Tea Garden. The cost is $30 per person.

(16-Adult) This delectable seminar has become a February tradition in celebrating Valentine’s Day. Sip premium teas and savor the decadent delights of the many styles of chocolate ranging from white through extra dark. Hear a bit of history and the similarities between the tea plant and cacao tree as you learn how to pair tea and chocolate successfully to bring out the best of both. Sample treats made with tea and chocolate. A take-home tea sampler is included. Presented by Certified Tea Specialist Chef Laurie Bell of Great Falls Tea Garden. $30 per person.

Maple Syrup Boil-down

The sap is rising and the maple trees are tapped. Now it’s sugaring time. Bundle up, brave the weather, watch and learn as sap is boiled down into sweet syrup over an open fire. Sample the delicious combination of maple syrup over fresh baked cornbread. While supplies last. This is an outdoor program, so please dress appropriately. $5 per person.
