The Frying Pan Farm Park Country Store is housed in the old Vocational Technical Building of the 1921 Floris Vocational Technical High School. The building was used as a shop by the high school boys. Here they studied the mechanics of tractor repair, practiced wood-working skills, and learned about the latest technical and agricultural equipment. Fairfax County was on the "cutting edge" of agricultural and dairy technology in the 1920's!
