Connie DeLorimier
Connie is a Certified Level II Yoga for Golfers Instructor. Golfers
can benefit from yoga training through increased flexibility, range of
motion, and power it provides. Connie has also completed AFAA
coursework for certification as a Personal Trainer. Blending
conventional golf training and Yoga for Golfers training is the fastest
way to prepare and enhance the body for golf performance, and to feel
great in the process. Connie wants to empower motivated golfers to
reach their personal best in their golf games through better fitness,
form, flexibility, focus, and balance!

Sang Ho
Sang Ho is a United States Golf Teachers Federation certified Level
III golf instructor. He has been playing golf for over 20 years and
carries a handicap of 7. He has lived in West Springfield for more than
twenty years. In addition to being employed as a golf instructor, he
continues to work as a maintenance contractor for the Southern Tower
Apartments, a job that he has had for 17 years. Sang enjoys teaching
golfers of all ages and skill levels.

William
"Bill" Pessaud Sr.
Bill Pessaud is a United States Golf Teachers Federation certified
Level III golf instructor. He has been playing golf for over 30 years
and carries a VSGA handicap of 7.5. He retired from Xerox in 2010 after
a 43 year career and has 45 years experience teaching and mentoring
adults and youth. Bill believes that golf is an art rather than a
science and that once you learn the basic techniques you will have a
lifetime of enjoyment mastering the game. His goal is for you to enjoy
golf as much as he does.

Sara
Radin
As a retired soldier and fitness enthusiast, Sara has joined her love
for teaching with her love for golf and fitness. She has been a golf
fitness instructor for six years working for Fairfax County in Virginia
and the Rock Island Arsenal in Illinois. She is certified as a Golf
Fitness Specialist, ACE personal trainer, Spin instructor, and yoga
instructor.
She enjoys working with students of all ages and fitness levels and
one of her passions is to provide the opportunity for her students to
participate in the activities they love with longevity and wellness.
Her clients range from 14 to 84 years old and all have seen benefits in
their game. She brings her experience motivating groups and teaching to
her classes, as well as a sense of humor and passion for the game.
Hernan Torres
Hernan is a United States Golf Teachers Federation certified Level III
golf instructor. He was born and educated in the Philippines and holds
a degree in Engineering. He played varsity volleyball during his
college years, won several local and national championship and even
competed at the international level. After college he became a
volleyball trainer/assistant coach and trained several players who
eventually became national players. Hernan is a fast learner and very
competitive in nature and likes to share his skills and knowledge to
others. He has lived in Annandale for more than ten years and has been
a volunteer at Pinecrest Golf Course for more than four years.
Golf came late in his life but in a short span of eight years he had
several accomplishments on his resume and carries a handicap of 6.8. He
was the 2007 and 2009 Club Champion at Pinecrest Golf Course; 2008,
2010 Champion and 2011 Co-Champion, Pinecrest Golf Course Men's League
and 2011 Club Champion at Jefferson Golf Course. He likes to work with
golfers of all ages and skill levels. His golf philosophy is to
simplify the golf game with the emphasis on the fundamentals. He
believes that sound fundamentals and correct practice are the keys to
success.

Lloyd "Doc" Vakay
Doc is a United States Golf Teachers Federation Level III certified
instructor. He began teaching golf after retiring from dentistry, and
has taught at Pinecrest for six years. He welcomes golfers of all ages
and skill levels, and teaches both technique as well as the subliminal
feel aspects of the swing and game. Doc also holds an advanced Masters
of Education degree from the University of Southern California.
