We invite you to join one of the regions's most active and
supportive friends groups. With the help of FROGS, Green Spring Gardens
is one of Washington, DC's most exciting public gardens and a national
historic landscape. Green Spring is accredited by the American
Association of Museums and is widely recognized for the quality of its
gardens and educational programs.
What is FROGS?
The Friends of Green Spring (FROGS) is a non-profit (501c-3) organization that supports the educational and horticultural programs of Green Spring Gardens. Through membership dues and fund raising projects, members of FROGS support new and existing gardens, the Children's Corner, the horticultural research library and Green Spring's annual Winter Lecture Series. On average, 250,000 visitors tour the gardens annually and more than 7,000 children a year participate in our educational programs thanks to these efforts. Won't you join us?
