Getaway Refund Policy
Trips are canceled if the number of registrants is below the minimum.
Trips may be canceled for inclement weather and a full refund will be
given. If weather is questionable, please call 703-642-5173 for
cancellation information.
Cancellations received 14 or more days prior to the “Getaway” date will
receive a full refund.
Cancellations received 13 or few days prior to the “Getaway” date - no
refund will be given.
