Adding Your Name to the Waiting List for a Plot

Please use the form below to add your name to the waiting list for a garden plot. Your name and telephone number and the date you submitted your request will be added to our database. When a plot becomes available at that location, you will be called in turn, (1st on the list, 1st called). If you are not reachable or if you have not called back in a few days, the next person on the list will be called.

Rental Renewal Process

In the fall, Renewal Notices are mailed to all garden plot renters. You may elect to renew your same plot, exchange for a vacant plot (if available), or give your plot back to the County.

Garden Plot Inspections

The inspection process help us to identify plots that are underused so that we can offer them to new gardeners on the waiting list. It also helps us to identify litter, weed and fencing problems and take steps to remedy them. The inspections are generally done in late summer. Plot owners are notified by letter to correct the problem(s) in two weeks, or the plot will be re-rented.
