Have your next meeting minutes inside the Beltway in a 52-acre woodland oasis!

Hidden Oaks Nature Center offers meeting accommodations for groups up to 100. Available for rent is a multi-purpose auditorium measuring 40 ft. by 35 ft. (at the widest point), approximately 700 square feet, Groups may use our 15 six-foot collapsible tables and 85 folding chairs for classroom or auditorium-style setup. Groups of 8 may opt for plush chairs around a large conference table. The room enjoys a woodland view to a backyard habitat and night time users may spot a flying squirrel visiting the wildlife feeding stations.

Your attendees are invited to visit our interactive indoor exhibit, Urban Woodlands: Habitats and Havens also located in the building. View live and preserved specimens of local wildlife including reptiles, amphibians, birds of prey and other denizens of Fairfax County's landscape. The new limited impact development parking lot with environmentally-friendly lighting provides easy access to the front door of the one story nature center. Satellite parking for over 50 additional spaces are a three-minute walk along an illuminated woodland lit path.

Your group is welcome to use the center's microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. Media carts and extension cords are available plus a projection screen, television and other audio visual equipment. For daytime users, your guests may enjoy walking the 1/3-mile Old Oak loop trail or visiting the nearby streams plus a gift store featuring nature related books, jewelry, and nature toys. A naturalist-led tour of the woodland can be arranged for an extra fee.

The rental fee is $50/hour ($40/hr for non-profit) 2 hour minimum plus $50 refundable security deposit required. Download Facility Use Contract
