Meeting Room Rental

Have your office or club retreat
in the midst of a premier wetland sanctuary!

The Huntley Meadows Visitor Center is a great place for a meeting, training or team building. The multi-purpose room can be set up with tables and chairs for up to 50 people - full AV equipment available.

Participants can enjoy the center's informative exhibits on local natural and cultural history, as well as the gift store featuring nature-related books, jewelry, and stationery. A naturalist-led tour of the 50 acre wetland on the half-mile boardwalk trail can be arranged for an extra fee.

The rental fee is $50/hour (20% discount for non-profit). Call 703-768-2525 to find out more and to make a reservation.

Shelter Rental

                 

The shelter is located in a forest setting just minutes from the park's nature center. It's a great location for picnics and gatherings. A short walk will take you to the ½ mile wetland boardwalk and observation tower. Some of the best wildlife watching in the Washington metropolitan area is enjoyed here at Huntley Meadows.

The rental fee is $85/day prime, $70/day non-prime.

Historic House Rental

The property was built by Thomson Francis Mason c. 1825 as a secondary residence and summer retreat. This small but significant Federal Period villa is listed on the Virginia Landmarks and the National Register of Historic Places. The setting works well for small group gatherings and meetings. Lower level only: $60/hr (20% discount for non-profit), maximum capacity 30 people
