Nature Photography Exhibit at Huntley Meadows Park
The Feldmans are active members of the Vienna Photographic Society and Northern Virginia Photographic Society, as well as the North American Nature Photography Association. Their images have been on exhibit at the Fairfax County Government Center, Town of Vienna Photography Show, Vienna Arts Society, and Meadowlark Botanical Gardens. They have been published nationally and received numerous photographic awards locally including Sponsor's Choice Awards at the Meadowlark Photographic Expo. Additionally, they lend their support to the Audubon Society of Northern Virginia and The Raptor Conservancy of Virginia. Nature photography is a central focus in their lives. They have photographed from Costa Rica to Nova Scotia, and will go to Iceland this summer. But some of their best photography is done in their own backyard, at Meadowlark Botanical Gardens, at Huntley Meadows Park, at Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge, and at other local birding hotspots. Huntley Meadows Visitor Center, a Fairfax County Park Authority facility, is located at 3701 Lockheed Boulevard, Alexandria, and may be reached by taking Beltway Exit 177A (Richmond Highway, Route 1) south 3.5 miles to a right on Lockheed Boulevard, ½ mile to the Visitor Center entrance on left at Harrison Lane.
