CAMPING RULES

    Setting up camp
  1. Campgrounds are restricted to use by campers for recreational, non-residential overnight accommodations. Campers must be 18 years or older to register for a campsite.
  2. All campers must register with park personnel, show valid identification, and pay the appropriate fee, or must register and pay according to posted drop box procedures prior to occupying campsite.
  3. Organized group camping is permitted only in designated areas.
  4. Only registered campers may use the camping facilities.
  5. A single camping stay may not exceed 14 consecutive days during prime season. All campers must vacate a campsite for a minimum period of 4 consecutive days between single camping stays.
  6. Campsites are limited to 1 camping vehicle or travel trailer, 1 non-camping vehicle, and 2 tents or canopies. Camping or sleeping in the cab or bed of a truck, in an automobile, or on the ground without a tent is prohibited.
  7. All motorized vehicles and trailers must be parked in designated parking areas.
  8. Campsites are limited to 7 campers per site per night.
  9. Service and commercial vehicles, tractors and construction equipment are not permitted in the campground.
  10. Campers must check out by noon on the date of their departure.
  11. Use of campground dumping stations is included in the fee for registered campers. Non-registered campers can use the dump station for a nominal fee.
  12. Campers under 18 years of age must be supervised by an adult.
  13. Visitors to the campground must pay appropriate park entrance fees and vacate the park by 10 PM - quiet hours.
  14. Campers must observe quiet hours between 10:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M.
  15. Pets may not be left unattended in the campground.
  16. Alcoholic beverages of any kind are prohibited.
  17. Campfires are permitted only within existing steel fire rings. Grills are for charcoal use only.
  18. Cutting of trees and collecting of downed trees or tree limbs is prohibited.
  19. Campfires must not be left unattended. Fires must be extinguished before retiring for the night or departing the campsite.
  20. Campers are responsible for maintaining campsites in clean and orderly condition. All trash must be bagged and placed in designated location.
