Greenbriar Commons Park

Greenbriar Commons Park is a 5-acre park located in the Greenbriar neighborhood. Since April 2014, the Park Authority has been working with the community to develop a park master plan that reflects existing features and considers a community request to add a small pavilion on the north side of the park.

After a public comment meeting and much input from the community, the final master plan is ready for approval action by the Park Authority Board.  The plan was presented to the Park Authority Board's Planning and Development Committee on September 10, 2014.  The recommendation of the committee to approve the plan will be forwarded to the Park Authority Board for final action on September 23, 2014.

All Park Authority Board meetings are open to the public.  Information regarding Park Authority Board meetings can be found on the Park Authority Board webpage. The final plan that is being reviewed by the board is included in the Park Planning and Development Committee Meeting, 09/10/2014 package.

The master plan team would like to thank all those who participated in the development of the Greenbriar Commons Park Master Plan Revision.  Although every desire could not be accommodated, every comment helped to shape the plan.
