Recently Acquired Park Property to be Cleared

The Fairfax County Park Authority will begin demolition of a single-family home and detached garage at 1300 Ingleside Avenue in McLean early next month. The demolition work will include all structures on the property in addition to all pavement and fencing. Construction access to the site will be from Ingleside Avenue. The project will be completed within 30 days.

This parcel was acquired in December of 2009 as an addition to Mclean Central Park. The Park Authority is in the process of preparing a revision to the master plan for the park to include the addition of this parcel.
