Make a Snow Globe at Green Spring Gardens
Your shelves may be home to snow globes from around the
country, perhaps even from around the world. Now you can create your very
own glittering globe during a
workshop at Green Spring
Gardens on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at 2 p.m. The fee
for this one-hour program is $6.
Draw inspiration for your globe during a walk around the park’s wintry landscape, and then create a winter wonderland of your own in a jar. Decorate your globe with miniature figurines and glittering snowflakes. Take it home and let it snow!
To register for this program, visit Parktakes Online. For more information, call 703-642-5173.
