classes on a drop-in basis. Space for drop-in registration may be limited if a
class has reached its maximum enrollment. The fee for drop-in classes is $11.00 ($13
for out-of-county) per class. (Senior discount does not apply to drop-in
rate.)
Aquatic Safety Training for School-Age Children
(For groups only) Drowning is the second leading cause of accidental death
among children in the U.S. This program teaches children skills to survive an
aquatic emergency, perform non-swimming rescues and prevent accidents. The
course includes classroom work and in-the-water practice. For your convenience,
FCPA instructors will come to your site to conduct the classroom portions.
We'll also customize a program to meet your specific needs.
For more information on specialty classes, call the aquatics programmer
at your RECenter.
