The little facility across from Mt. Vernon high school offers a handicap accessible beach area with zero depth entry and shallow water play area. Our Aerobic Water Exercise and Deep Water Exercise classes can provide a high intensity, low impact, full body workout for athletes looking for a cross-training alternative or the means to get challenging exercise while recovering from an injury.
