Lee District – Meeting Your Total Fitness Needs!
With a RECenter membership pass you have the opportunity to participate in a variety of land group exercise classes offered as part of the Drop In Group Fitness program. From cycling to step, rowing to high-low aerobics, Drop In Group Fitness offers the best of all worlds.

If you're looking for help in that constant struggle for weight control, check out our weight room! A half-hour workout on our Cybex VR2 weight machines will burn 225 to 300 calories. "Very good," you say. But wait—there's more.
Our cardiovascular machines, which include treadmills, elliptical trainers and stationary bikes, offer something for everyone. Lee District RECenter has a variety of Cybex strength training machines and free weight equipment that offers diverse methods for achieving healthy levels of strength training.
During your workouts, when questions arise, we have experienced and knowledgeable staff to help give the answers you need. If guidance and adherence is what you are looking for in your workout, our state of the art FitLinxx computer system will help you stay on track.
The Fitlinxx System tracks and monitors workouts to help our members achieve and maintain their fitness goals. With Fitlinxx you receive the support of a certified trainer who is committed to helping people of all ages to improve their way of life. With a RECenter membership pass, your FitLinxx individualized workout program is free. Lee District is one of the only fitness centers in the area that offers the Fitlinxx System to its members.
For further individualized programs, personal training is also available. (Trainers not employed by FCPA are prohibited from teaching in our facility.)
In addition to its fitness center, Lee District also has an indoor track, gymnasium, racquetball courts and an Olympic-size pool to help you stay fit.
Teens, 13 - 15 years old, may use the fitness center and equipment when accompanied by an adult. After completion of a teen weight training class, no supervision is required.
