Mount Vernon RECenter Hours of Operation Facility Pool Mon. - Thu. 6 am - 9 pm Mon. - Thu. 6 am - 9 pm Fri. 6 am - 7 pm* Fri. 6 am - 7 pm Sat. 7 am - 7 pm* Sat. 8 am - 7 pm Sun. 8 am - 6 pm Sun. 9 am - 6 pm PLEASE NOTE: Fairfax County’s high school swim and dive teams will be using RECenter pools from mid-November to mid-February. In general, the pools are used Monday-Thursday, 3pm-5:30pm for practice. Starting December 3, pools also will be closed Fridays, 4:30pm-10pm, for meets. Make-up dates and district meets will be held Saturday evenings in January as well. Pools are closed to the public during practices and meets. Specific dates and times are posted on the Pool Calendar. * During Summer months Lap Swim and FCPA classes ONLY Saturdays 8 am - Noon. ICE ARENA HOURS vary. See calendars below. Ice arena hours vary daily. Ice skating fees are separate from general admission fees.
